Support

Questions, problems and suggestions are handled right inside Rowban: sign in to your account and open a ticket in Help › Support. The team replies there and you get a notification in the app.

Reports

To report a task or a comment, use its ··· menu. To report a person or any other situation, use Make a report on the app's Support page.

Lost access?

Forgot your password: use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Lost the phone with your authenticator: on the code screen, choose I lost access to my authenticator and enter one of your recovery codes.

Delete your account

In My account, in the app, on the Delete account card.
